I really appreciate all the help and support I have received with my Electra Townie bike. Several people at the store have gone out of their way for me to show me how to transport my bike safely and how to safely use and take care of my bike.
The products I bought did not fit my vehicle and bike rack. Both products were returned easily. I would shop again at Eddies. Knowledgable salespeople and many products to choose from.
Corey and the team were a savior. My derailleur blew up two days prior to a sponsored ride. I called the shop where the bike was purchased and they assured me that they could replace the part. After driving 35 minutes and leaving the bike to return to work, I received a text 2 hours later indicating “sorry, we don't have the part”. Would have been nice to know that before I left! I called another more local shop and was told I would receive a call within 30 minutes. That was 26 hours ago. Still no call! I finally called Eddys and spoke with Corey. He assured me that “they will make something work”. Begrudgingly, I had to leave work early to drive back to Store A and pickup my bike. I dropped it off with Corey and he said, “no problem. We will have it for you tomorrow in time for your ride on Saturday”. Fast forward to 2 hours ago. Bike was ready and Corey actually informed me that the first one he put on wasn’t performing as it should so he swapped a second one. I took it for a spin around the lot (in business attire). Good to go! It may be a long drive from my home but you have my business from now on. How refreshing to find excellent customer service and staff that genuinely care about the customer.

I purchased an E bike this past weekend and the sales staff was very helpful and seemed well informed. You also have what I've found to be one of the best in-store inventories of these bikes. I probably could have found a less expensive product on line but I like the idea of having a service staff that is invested in maintaining the product and standing behind it.
I have a minor problem with my purchase and brought it their attention and they assumed responsibility for what I feel is a design flaw from the manufacturer and they are working to make it right.

Everyone is helpful and knowledgeable! Plus they are not condescending to me as an older woman. Even when I felt the need to trade in for a step through bike, they were the best and fitted me well.
The team at Eddy's has yet to steer me wrong on anything. They have great recommendations, only carry products they stand behind, and are low pressure. They're also a ton of fun. It's definitely the team that keeps me coming back.
