I bought a Carbon Trek 4 last weekend. A year ago, I had lots of help from Josh. He spent lots of time presenting options and gave me a quote. I didn't act on it right away. Last weekend Anthony picked up where I'd left off and was so helpful in presenting options for me to consider. He made everything easy to understand and demonstrated when he had a model to do so. All in all the sales team at Eddy's is fantastic. I have always been more than satisfied whenever I've needed service, too. Eddy's Bike Shop is Willoughby Hills gets a "10" from me! Thanks guys!
