In a seperate encounter I brought in a new bike for brake adjustment. A fault in the brake was found. They contacted the manufacturer and replaced it with an upgrade under warrenty

If you prefer to work on your own bike, they will show you what parts and tools you need. They even give out small hardware like the small end pieces you use to crimp after you terminate a wire.

Friendly staff, open lines of communication, good stock, willing to special order items. I've purchased three bikes from them over the years and the staff always provides great service for those and our other bikes.
