I was in to have Josh give me a fitting on my new bike, he did an excellent job. Took it it on a nice big climbing ride up El Yunque for its first ride, then a 6,000 ft century around Puerto Rico the next day. Fit was spot on as always, no issues thanks Josh!.

Frank, the sales associate, was very knowledgeable. He answered all of my questions regarding the types of motors and brakes on the Electra e-bikes, and demonstrated what flat foot technology is. Good variety of bikes and accessories.
Lots of different trims and sizes of each bike model. Made for a good in-person selection. Staff were also super quick at getting my new bike ready to go and were very helpful even 15 minutes before close.

The staff was kind and knowledgeable. I brought a bike my MIL had purchased online in for assembly. I dropped it off late on a Monday and it was completed by Tuesday afternoon. The cost was reasonable.
