Quick, easy turn around to get me back on the trails the next day. Evan even helped me pick up some new pedals while I was in so I stop banging up my shins sliding off.
Bonus points for being dog friendly, 12/10 would bring bike and dog back in.

It’s more of the customer service. I brought my bike in and was expecting to pay for the higher package to get my bike up and running and the gentlemen took a look at my bike and said you don’t need that package. The basic package will be just fine, for me that’s amazing customer service.
Anthony was very attentive to my needs. Unfortunately I didn't have a lot of time, and he understood what I was saying and personally tuned my new bike to help get me out the door faster and back to the west side so I could make a meeting. He was great!
Outstanding mechanic staff, fixed my bike up even went the extra mile to fine tune it after I rode it in the parking lot and noticed some concerns , they took care of it quick and got me on the road , thanks Willoughby hills eddys bike staff for the awesome service
