I like the selection in Stow, not so much so in Fairlawn. Recently purchased a Vado e-bike and it was prepped beautifully. Absolutely trouble free. Just had it in for a checkup--once again perfect.
I had a weird problem and the service staff was all over it. They took the time needed to talk with me as we worked out a solution and I did not feel rushed. I was back on the road the same day.

A great selection of everything! The last 2 pairs of shoes have been from Eddys. They have had 3-4 styles and a ton of size option for every style I was interested in. I don’t know if it’s my timing or what but they have had a sale both times! Both of the gentleman that have helped me have been top notch. Super informative and friendly. They asked a few questions, brought the shoes out and let me try them on. No sales pressure at all! I love it!
I had called about a BMX bike and had all my questions answered and told they did have bike and it was on sale. Much cheaper than Amazon had it. I later called and was able to purchase bike on line and could put it in layaway. I had until noon on 12/24 to pick it up. I was so happy. I picked it up on the 19th and just like my previous phone calls the people at Eddys could not have been any nicer. I would not hesitate to go to Eddy’s again and would highly recommend to anyone to check them out before buying a bike any place else.

As soon as we walk in the door we are being greeted. They are always very helpful and never pushy. They are very kind and patient with my son with developmental disabilities. I bought him a new bike for Christmas and they helped me match one to what he likes. The guys in the service department are always professional, kind and patient.
He was so excited to see his new bike Christmas morning and the weather was perfect for him to take a test drive.

I purchased my bike from Eddy's. It was my first E-bike, and I was a bit apprehensive initially due to the comparative cost. but I've been so happy to come back in for routine service (brakes, tune up) and then most recently for a full motor replacement, but the technician (First name removed) was truly excellent, from walking me through what the repairs would be and regular communication.
I use the bike daily for work commute and lots of routine errands, so it is really important, and I appreciate your team treating it as importantly as I do.
