Eddy's is simply the best
Just had my free 12 month check on my Domane SL5 and continue to be very pleased with the service from Eddy's in Stow. The team addressed all my concerns and the bike was ready for collection 30 minutes before the promise time. The staff are very knowledgeable and conscientious and I will happily go back to Eddy's for any future needs.

I need to start off by saying the shop is great.
Drew, the person who assisted us was very informative regardless of our knowledge of bicycles. He took the time to explain the differences between aluminum frames and composite frames, how the gear mechanisms are set up, and the different types of terrain different bicycles are designed for.
The other staff was also friendly. I had brought my dogs with me. This is definitely a shop for outdoor minded people.
They also had the bike ready earlier than anticipated and assembled and ready.
Drew also took the time to help my wife select accessories for the bike.

I ordered an e-bike battery. I live out of town. Chris was very helpful and knowledgeable about the product. I was able to have the item shipped to my home. The item was back ordered in most shops around the country and I was delighted to be able to find it at Eddy’s. The experience was very customer friendly. Thank you!

The staff was kind and knowledgeable. I brought a bike my MIL had purchased online in for assembly. I dropped it off late on a Monday and it was completed by Tuesday afternoon. The cost was reasonable.
