Easy, hassle free service provided by friendly and knowledgeable staff. I brought my son's bike in which had a flat tire. As I walked the bike in, Lou told the staff, this bike has insurance (I learned there is a sticker on the bike indicating it has insurance) and told me no charge. I forgot I purchased insurance with the bike, so this was a pleasant surprise. I was in and out in 5 minutes with the bike repaired. Thank you!

Junior the mechanic is a cycle repair genius. He has solved problems that other mechanics could not. I would only bring my bicycles to Junior at Danny's for service and repairs. Ed the store manager is also great, extremely knowledgeable about new bikes and great rides in the region.

Chris is the best. She knows a ton about all the bikes and accessories…and she knows much from her own biking experience. For my early forays into longer rides, she advised me on tools, seat, bike shorts, and phone holder. I feel that, with her, there is no such thing as a dumb question. She is always glad to share what she knows.
Huge shoutout to Chris for going above and beyond. I was driving 2 hours from Long Island for my daughter’s graduation gift and running late past closing time. Chris made sure the bike was assembled and came up with a plan to safely lock it up so I could pick it up after hours. Great up-sale for the lock to make it work.
Thanks to her great communication and help, I didn’t have to keep her late and my daughter got her gift on time. She absolutely loves her new bike!
