I like your service. However, I was out of town when I received your text to inform me that my two bikes were ready for pickup after they had been tuned up. I texted back that I would pick them up on Monday and I received a reply “Perfect”. When I went to pick them up on Monday, the store was closed and I saw that it is closed every Monday. Why was I not told in the text exchange that the store is closed on Mondays? Very disappointing!
