The Rye Brook location actually has staff that understand bikes and mechanical issues. Some of the other locations not so much - namely Darien. I felt confident leaving my bike with the team at Rye Brook and very happy with the work completed

I came in for a tune up and I was really impressed with the professionalism of the staff member that assisted me. He answered all of my questions and helped me to understand the maintenance requirements for my bike. He was friendly, approachable, and patient. The way he conducted himself showed respect for the business he represents. Thank you.

What's not to like?! This is the second time I went back to buy my twins a set of bikes and it couldn't have been any better. We had bought their own Metro brand before, and this time we ended up with two Treks that should last us a while. You never feel pushed one way or the other, you're always given every option, and they couldn't be any more helpful if they tried. I'll be going back for a bike for myself soon there and recommend them to anyone looking for a bike.
