I love the service your shop delivers. The mechanic is an expert. I provide the parts and he installs them perfectly. On this order, I had new tires replaced, tubes, sealant, tire liners reinstalled, both gear cables, brake pads, rotors, bar tape, left gear brake shifter and bike bell reinstalled showing them photos of how I wanted it placed. Everything was done to perfection. I had to pay for labor of course but the cost was reasonable. And parking is easy and free. I was told 10 days turn around time to get bike back and it was ready in 10 days. I don't care about the wait because I have a second bike to ride which you also serviced perfectly last February with similar work. Very grateful.

I’ll give you an example: Today I brought my bike into the shop because I was having some difficulty installing the lights I had purchased.
Upon my arrival one of the technicians identified
the issues and immediately went to work to install those products I couldn’t install myself(I didn’t own a necessary tool)

Danny's service department is the best! I brought my e-bike in for service and they couldn't have been more helpful considering I didn't purchase the bike from them. They even took the time to help me find a solution to a problem I had with my bike rack - that again, I didn't purchase from them. I've purchased bikes from them over the years and they have always been very customer-oriented.
Team was friendly and helpful. Everyone was open and honest, and took the time to make the new bike experience a good one. They gave me time to think, to consider options and made suggestions that were helpful. I would definitely buy from them again.
