I bought a bike lock in your Scarsdale store yesterday. Unfortunately it didn’t work. I was in Ryebrook today and they gladly exchanged the defective one for a new one. I forget the name of the brand, but it was a German name anyway it was very pleased that that the Danny’s employee I think his name was Anthony was so helpful
