I had a complicated problem with my bike rack and consulted with Joey for a solution even though Danny’s doesn’t sell bike racks. I knew it was a long shot and my expectations were low. Rather than send me away, Joey sprung into action saying that he welcomed the challenge. As the process ensued, Sebastian joined in and added his assistance and expertise. An hour later the bike rack was fixed to my amazement. The fix saved me the large expense of purchasing a new bike rack. As if that that wasn’t enough, when I asked Joey how much I owed for the service, he said matter of factly “no charge.” All future bike purchases for myself and family will be a Danny’s.
Danny’s Cycles not only has a tremendous bicycle selection along with helmets, locks etc., the service mentality is second to none. I highly recommend Danny’s Cycles. If you haven’t been to Danny’s Cycles then you’re missing out.

The person who assisted me when I picked up the bike was extremely helpful. I believe his name was Sebastian. He helped me fit the bike, and recommended some additional items including pedals and a helmet.
All the salesrepresentatives I was in contact with were very helpful and knowledgeable. The whole experience was great! The bike was in the store and they called me immediately after I bought it online.
Courtesy above and beyond standards. Christina(?) helped me with checking the tires of 3 bikes I brought to the shop at closing time, literally 6 pm. She found one inner tube that needed replacing and took it in. Of course, it was ready as promised.
