The staff is knowledgeable and gives great recommendations when we have bike maintenance or repair questions. They also stand behind their work and will work with the customer until any and all problems are resolved. They do quality work and understand the importance of a timely turnaround time on repairs. Anyone can open a business.. but few can operate a successful bike dealership, one who knows the customer and has what they need to get you back on the bike, Enjoying a upgrade, or asking a question. I would not go anywhere else , in fact i travel 25 miles one way to get here . The whole crew is wonderful, and i walk away knowing a little bit more about bikes , a little bit more about life.

The best parts about 2 Rivers Bicycle first they're local with great products and staff how listen to the customers needs and appear to be committed to have you return as well.
Mike and Brent went above and beyond for my bike purchase. They had an A-Z checklist to go over with me to make sure everything was set up for me correctly. And on top of that they are just really friendly and helpful - can't imagine getting a better experience buying a bike. This is also a great retail place for a lot of gear.
