The three people working in the shop were so friendly, cheerful and helpful. You had the bike I wanted in stock. The workers sawed off the ends of the handlebars for me and attached rack, lights etc. Safety protocols were followed. What's not to love?

Bought a bicycle on eBay from someone close to your store and you packed and shipped for me. It is an old English 3-speed bike but you wrapped and packed like a 10K Cervelo. Thank you for the care and attention, prompt and courteous service, and friendly staff. A great job, much appreciated.
