I like that there are a variety of activities and classes. You can try different classes and find the right one for you. Everyone is so friendly and helpful at the Y.

I love the instructors and the group power and the strengthen cardio classes! The cycling classes are amazing too! I love that these classes are offered!

I prefer doing the classes than exercising on my own. I’ve met some very nice people and the instructors are great!

I love the pool and water aerobics classes. I love that there is a walking track for everyone to enjoy. I love all the activity planned for community involvement. And I love just the overall care and concern that every staff member shows for their community.

What do you like about our programs and activities?

I really only patron the facility for the masters program, but the fellow swimmers are friendly, and the staff is incredibly, always friendly and nice, and really accommodating to the masters program
