Facilities are clean and nice. A pretty wide variety of programs are offered, and staff has improved their Customer service. Staff seems more welcoming.

I liked the instructor a lot. She is very friendly and seems to enjoy what she does. She asked my name and kept telling me to go at my own pace. At end of class she asked if I was doing ok.
I can only do the water fitness classes because of my health issues.
I like the variety of exercise equipment, the ability to work with a personal trainer, and the many programs for children and young people, including my grandchildren when they were younger.

Great circuit sneakers class on Tuesday and Thursday at 9. Locks for lockers and towels would be nice. Front desk is nice. The new app was not easy to do. Like all the options and hours.
Instructors are great! Also the number of classes that fit my schedule.
