At the Senior Center there seems to be an older crowd and you are not competing with younger energetic women.

I really enjoy the silver sneakers exercise program. The instructor is very professional, high-energy, and friendly. Class starts on time and the facility is clean.

What do you like about our programs and activities?

I like the yoga and spinning classes. I'm not sure I like the new classes..Less somebody. Love the outdoor pickleball group.

Staff always professional and instructors are top notch even though I don't get to attend as often as I like due to returning to the workforce I try to attend as much as possible

What do you like about our programs and activities?

I enjoy the Dance Fitness class and the Silver Sneaker class. I have made good friends. Everyone who works at this Y is so kind and helpful. The overall atmosphere is all about community and caring for each other.
