The pool
The variety! Although I would like to see the kids club open at 4:30 would be awesome for those of us that would need it.

Kid care is awesome also the facilities are very nice and clean workout equipment is very up to date.
Variety; time schedules; chance to socialize while exercising; nice facilities.
Need to have updated text system to inform of closures, delays, etc. Some people travel miles to attend only to find out pool is closed, etc.

Feels like home
Lap swimming is great. You need to tighten up lane reservation system to prevent people from signing up for multiple slots in the same day. Including a $5 "disappointment fee" for those who sign up and fail to show up might help prevent this waste of lane space.
I enjoy the eGym whenever the indoor pool is closed due to lightening.
