The indoor pools
I love the Y! However I had a horrible experience with a lady name Maza that was not very welcoming she was very rude and unpleasant and actually made us change plans for the evening, which disappointed my children who was looking forward to playing basketball that day.
The staff member at the front desk was very polite and knowledgeable. She made me so welcome from the moment I entered the building. The Lifeguard on duty first thing in the morning was also very kind. He gave tips on my swimming.

The staff/ employees greet members who is investigating and coming to the company for whatever they are there for. Now most of your staff/ employees do speak like the lady who set as people came in the door, but she retired and Congrats to her. But some wait to see if you speak first or don't as all. That a problem and not good for business.

The Y is the place I go to meet new friends and have fun working out with them. The Everfit, Body Sculpt, and Urban Line Dance classes I take are well-organized and energizing. People at the Y are friendly and welcoming; nobody needs to worry about being judged. All classes offer alternative exercises for all levels of fitness.
Come to the Y because it's a happy place (where you also get fit).

please clean out the closet in fitness studio (filled with broken cart of unused med balls, huge rack with exercise balls that used to be downstairs, other junk). please use online notification systems (text and email) to notify of new classes and permanent class cancellations -- on site flyers not useful to people who only come to take classes.
