A few things I like about the Y in Weinberg are: location, classes ( youth and adult), community events and staff.

Very friendly environment
I love the reception when I walk in. Everyone is smiling. I like how friendly everyone is. It feels welcoming. The amenities are great. The weightlifting area is not a toxic space and people lifting there are generally respectful and considerate.
My son loves coach Justin. He has a special gift for teaching and interacting with younger kids.
When you walk into the Y you are immediately greeted. The swim instructors are very patient with the kids. The female instructor also gets on their level by being silly so that the kids laugh. The life guards are very focused and make sure that they tell children to not run around the pool as well as monitor if little ones are moving over to the wrong end of the pool. My daughter enjoys coming to her swim lessons at 3:30 on Saturdays because she knows she will have a great time with the friends she has met so far.
