I recently started back after COVID-19 and I was pleasantly surprised by how friendly and helpful the front desk staff were to me. I felt very welcome.

Everyone is super friendly, I don't consider myself athletic but I feel right at home in the gym because of the welcoming atmosphere.
I only wish Carlen's core conditioning class were back in the evening... pilates is a bit much for me and yoga is too early.

We love almost everything about our local Y (Weinberg Waverly) our only concern is that we have a transgender member of our family who does not feel as if they have a good option when needing to use the restroom. Gender neutral bathroom options would be ideal.
