Like the Y, dance class was awful.
I was honestly surprised I was never offered a tour or anything as a newbie to the gym. The place is also very busy every time I go - but i understand that this is because I can usually only go during peak hours. Overall, would highly recommend. Great variety of equipment and a nice clean facility.

My favorite thing at the Towson Y is the Pool. But the staff is typically very nice. I don't mind there at all.

Samantha is a wonderful teacher for the little people. She has a great rapport with her students and can get them to do what she wants.
I like the variety of classes and the member pricing for special classes like swimming lessons.

The Towson Y is a warm, welcoming environment with a varied schedule of programs, plenty of exercise machines. and comfortable places just to hang out.
Emily the trainer is great at varying exercises and encouraging participants. She has great energy!
Unfortunately due to the crazy illnesses going around this flu season, we had to miss three of the classes (flu, pink eye and a ruptured ear drum). The classes we did get to attend were awesome and our 7 month old loved the water. Nicole was a wonderful instructor and we hope that we get to work with her again for our next class.
Teacher was extremely patient with our moody and sometimes obstinate child.
