The staff warmly greets members. The facility is clean and up to date. The class instructors are almost all top notch and it's enjoyable to sit and socialize with members after a work out.

Numerous options including swimming pool, wide selection of workout equipment, multiple rooms for specialized training sessions and variety of classes such as yoga, Zumba, spinning, etc. Small childcare on site for parents wanting to workout. Oh yeah, a full gymnasium for basketball etc.

The exercise space is pleasant, the machines good, the staff helpful. Locker rooms no longer have the TV blaring with inane sportscasters, so that's good too!

The instructors are very supportive and give individualized feedback. The classes are small enough for everyone to learn at their own pace.
My grandsons were a little reluctant to take swim lessons, but after the first session they were hooked. They learned breathing techniques, to tread in deep water and much more!!! Proud Grandmother
