I only do the arthritis aquatic classes on M, W, &F. I have been doing this class for almost 19 years and even though there are occasional instructor turn over the classmates are wonderful and makes the classes very enjoyable!
Clean, lots of equipment. Evenings get a little crowded. My only complaint is lack of pool time. Every evening (most popular gym time), almost the entire pool is taken by the swim team.
The facility is attractive (not black and gray like other fitness centers). Everyone seems friendly. The classes offer variety and address skill level.

The YMCA in Towson is very inviting, well laid-out, offers so many activities and programs, and is super clean. The copious natural lighting gives me a feeling of well-being. My favorite area is the swimming pool, which is absolutely beautiful with large windows, excellent ventilation, and clean, sparkling water. I have just recently joined, but I already love it!!

Everything! The facility is kept clean, in order, well managed, offers so much to the members by way of activities and hot coffee each morning.
The staff and the member are very friendly, nice, easy to talk to and fun to be around. The location is excellent, very safe, quiet and peaceful.
There have been days I've gone and didn't work out just bcuz I enjoy the atmosphere.
Variety of programs and events and eclectic group of people that work and play there! Been a member of the Y since I was 7 growing up in NJ and just feel it is an important gift to/of the community.
