Friendly staff. Clean facility. Excellent equipment. A couple of things to change though:
1. Remove those parking signs for fuel efficient cars and replace them with ones for senior citizens
2. Increase the hours for the juice bar. 10 on Sundays is way too late

I like the Towson Y gym area very much but I don’t understand why you lack a good mat area in the workout area for mat work/stretching. The Ellicott City gym has a much better area for floor work with balance equipment and laid out mats which are very popular and well-used.
For the most part, very good instructors in water activities. Appreciate the text messages updating canceling classes

The Private swim instruction from Alice has been fantastic. My son is on the Y swim team and he has great ly improved his technique with these lessons

Everything. Clean, friendly, tons of great classes, exceptional customer service, tons of machines in good working order.
I continue to love spending time at the Y, working with my trainer, and riding a recumbent bike several times each week. I really value the diverse community of users and staff. A wonderful community asset!!
Great facilities and friendly staff
I like how the family pool is clean and warm and everyone is friendly. The pool is beneficial to me for my bad back.
I love the pool and the water exercises. The staff is very friendly. I have not tried the yoga here but I am considering it. I go to Senior center for Yoga now! The kids like the climbing wall. I wish it was open more frequently.
