The pickleball opportunities at the Y are outstanding. Grouping players by level of expertise has made it a better playing experience. I don't know of any other pickleball place that does that. You are able to get more play on your level and improve your game. Also, the clinics and private pickleball lessons have been helpful for people who want to improve their game. I appreciate the many ways and times that the Y is devoting time to the game.
Enjoy the atmosphere and the choices to play pickleball or take classes in the warm pool.
It's convenient, and I like using the weight machines and bicycles. I really like having Activ Trax vary my exercises. I usually do the floor exercises at home. I hadn't been to the Y in over 7 months but just started back. I was travelling and then just got out of the habit.
I love the YMCA I’ve been a member for 19 years but I’m new to the one in Ellicott City it’s always clean they are very friendly they have all day child care if you want to workout

After classes in October there were not enough classes in November, which we were not able to join in November.
Moreover, I hope there would be advanced classes like Stroke and Turn or Pre-competitive classes after Level 6. Usually, it is available occasionally.
We'd like to participate advanced classes with longer practice time. It is ok to have higher registration fee.

Great exercise equipment, great classes
The swimming class options are awesome. All the instructors for kids swim classes have been amazing so far and we've done 6 lessons between our kids already. Very family and community oriented gym with extremely friendly staff.
Love the classes And FitQuest. I always get a good work out in.
The Y has the equipment I want, and the equipment is kept clean and functioning.
Sometimes, people hog the equipment and get bent out of shape when asked if someone could work in with them. It would be nice if you taught these members what it means to allow other to work in to their sets.
