The variety of classes and the instructors are fun and motivating. Stay and Play is a big help to allow me time to exercise while my kids have fun with and meet new friends. Lots of options for adults, children, and families.

I have enjoyed coming to the Y for the last 10 years. After my weight loss surgery I needed to get active. I felt very comfortable going there. I enjoy the friendly atmosphere. If you have a regular schedule you start recognizing other members and there is always a friendly hello especially the reception area! They know you by name!
The facilities are clean and we'll maintained. My only issue is that they should be more vigilant about updating their hours on the website, due to inclement weather. They should prompt post delayed opening or closure.
The classes are outstanding! I truly enjoy Jill 8 am boot camp class! She makes everyone feel special!
