I have enjoyed coming to the Y for the last 10 years. After my weight loss surgery I needed to get active. I felt very comfortable going there. I enjoy the friendly atmosphere. If you have a regular schedule you start recognizing other members and there is always a friendly hello especially the reception area! They know you by name!
The facilities are clean and we'll maintained. My only issue is that they should be more vigilant about updating their hours on the website, due to inclement weather. They should prompt post delayed opening or closure.
The classes are outstanding! I truly enjoy Jill 8 am boot camp class! She makes everyone feel special!

Everyone is really nice and the facility is well maintained! My only knock is that it’s pretty crowded almost all the time. But overall, have had a great experience.

But the parking is terrible, I have a walker and had a hard time getting dropped off in front when everyone is parked out front waiting for their children. The children should be picked up down stairs in the back

I like the consistent water temperature in both pools, and the extra locker room space afforded by the girls' locker room. I wish the locker rooms were warmer — it seems cold coming in from swimming, especially from the main pool.
The staff are friendly and helpful. The showers consistently have hot water. I would love to have towels provided, but I understand the problems and limitations of doing that.
Finally, the price of membership is very reasonable and there are lots of choices for fitness activities.
