I enjoy the variety of equipment in the exercise room. The people are friendly and helpful. I also enjoy the Pilates class by Kris on Monday and Friday morning.

I have been coming to the Sat 7:30 class for several years. I love Bob who started in the spring for this class. But it is too hard to get a bike now.
I am retired and I can switch to the class on Monday.
Need more instructors and more bikes.
I also use the gym and enjoy trying out new machines.
The staff is also very friendly and helpful.

I like the instructors.
The management on the other hand are not professional and they don't know what they are doing. You never can talk to them. You send emails, you never get on time response. They are not helpful when you have a problem.

Not a good feeling when you've had a very busy day at work only to be greeted by a frown or blank stare. It only takes 5 seconds to smile or say hello.
