The availability of the pools and the exercise classes
I like the Y in Ellicott City. I just moved from Quest. I am very active and love the classes but I would like to see more general weight lifting with good stretching for 5 min at the end or active pilyo in the morning around 8 or so. Most classes begin at 9 and are mostly very heavy cardio.
Good Yoga classes, but need more. They were cut back from last year, and the number should be reinstated.
