I love my gentle yoga class. My teacher, Carol is amazing! Every class is never the same. It's actually a really enjoyable class.

The Y in Catonsville is a great place to get fit and have fun. The staff are all friendly and accommodating. I would also like to commend "Diana" the gal who keeps the place neat and tidy and is always working hard to keep everything smudge free. She is also extremely pleasant and should be recognized. The classes offered, the stay and play (I’m a parent) the late hours (I work in dc and don’t get home until later) the locations of the Y (I live in Catonsville and there are a couple nearby that offer different ammentities.

What do you like about your Y experience?

The early morning staff, 5:30am and Saturday morning, 7am at my Catonsville location are very friendly.

The set a peaceful and calming climate. The instructors are warm and welcoming as well.
