The variety of classes, friendly staff
We love our local Y! And our 3 year old son begs to go to the stay and play every day. The staff is wonder!
The instructors and the front staff who are always friendly.
I don't like the fact that some members hold spaces for others in crowded classes.
The Monday PM Catonsville HIIT class with Cristina is fantastic! Also Monday PM spin with Jill P. Both are upbeat, motivating classes led by experienced, knowledgeable instructors. They are inclusive, offer options for any physical limitations, and honestly just make the classes fun!
I love the people who work there and fellow Y members. Everyone is courteous and helpful. The classes are great too!

I love playing pickleball in Ellicott City. The members and staff are wonderful. I just wish there were pickleball courts at the Catonsville Y. The site is lovely with lots of windows.

The Y has so much to offer. Even though I am only interested in swimming, there's something for everyone. The equipment and weights are impressive and the areas are spacious. There is always something different going on with various classes throughout the day. The pool is large and the lanes are wide, which lend themselves to sharing. In addition, the staff is friendly and helpful. A really great place to be!

the Y. as well as the benefit it has been to my general well being.
Nice clean, attractive premises, friendly staff, a wide variety of activities and a fine schedule for them and the pool! That is so helpful in planning visits. Plenty of parking... a good experience.

I thoroughly enjoy the water fitness program and my sister who is developmentally challenged can adapt the moves to her ability

Friendly people and great instructors
I love the classes, the teachers and staff are all kind and friendly, and the community is great. I would love to see a teacher led women's strength training group for those of us in our middle years and beyond to improve our bone density and overall health. I realize you have personal trainers, and I did do a few sessions, but I found I wasn't super motivated to use the equipment alone and find the weight area way too intimidating.
