Every morning when I enter the Y, Terelle greets me warmly with a big smile. It helps me feel very welcome at the Y.
The lifeguard, John, is exceptionally vigilant so that I feel safe in the pool. Also, he greets me by name when I enter the pool area, again helping me feel welcome.

The atmosphere is pleasant and welcoming. The Y is always clean and wipes are constantly available to ensure germs are kept to a minimum.

I like everything about it, the facilities, the class offerings, the hours, the staff, the patrons, etc. The only thing that has nagged at me lately is the frequent pool closing(s). Can you explain why there have been so many unscheduled temporary shutdowns, and whether you expect them to continue?

I have been a member at the Y for about 12 years, I love it. The staff is very helpful, I love my instructors, I met so many new friends at the Y, I love my senior classes it's so much more I could say but I will say this it's the best place to be not only for just meeting new friends you also can enjoy all of the equipment the group exercises for seniors,I am 74 and I enjoy Zumba Gold, kickboxing, cardio dance, water classes, the Y has so much to offer. Come and join you will not be disappointed.
