I enjoy how calm and patient the instructor was with all the learners.

Swim Classes are good for the kids and short enough where the kids dont lose interest.
Only problem is the temperature in the Men's/Boy's restroom is freezing so changing my son after swim class is impossible without crying and shivering.

The employee are friendly and helpful! There is a nice atmosphere where you feel comfortable. Nice class offerings. And the pool is always a busy place but I can tell they try to manage it so that everyone, lap swimmers, families, swim lessons, water classes, get time in the pool.
I love that there is a variety of classes and so many familiar faces (members and employees) after a few years of going. I was even honored to be recognized by an employee who called me by name. I don't attend the gym as much as others, maybe? I go three times per week. I really appreciated someone noticed and called me by name- Mrs. H. -very respectful and affirming.
Overall, it is a very welcoming and diverse community and run the way I think the world should work-everyone is welcome, everyone is treated equally and kindly.

Very good customer service. Valerie was super sweet and welcoming. I love the array of activities for me and my son. It's clean. Not too sure if it is one but would love for it to have a smoothie/juice/light snack bar. A big plus that you can go to any Y in the USA. The 360 app is very cool too. An overall great experience

We stopped into the Y on Sunday to find out about the pool schedule. We received the warmest welcome. We were taken on a tour and given all the information we needed to start using the pool.
We left being so excited about our new membership because the employees were so nice and accommodating.

The Y is not just at Catonsville , but at least several other locations as well. This provides familiarity and flexibility. My grandkids are also members and they like the basketball opportunities , while I prefer other equipment. The facilities are clean , safe and cozy. As a senior , it's nice to be able to sometimes just get out the house and just sit and talk to others.
