Love the people, great variety of classes
The Y and fees many programs and classes for all ages. Great instructors, for the most part. Friendly staff. Adequate equipment.
Cons: use of gym is limited during summer camp. Parking stinks!
I love the classes and instructors but I think it could be cleaner, especially the room where we do Zumba, yoga and all the other classes. It’s kind of gross when yoga is at 10 am and when you’re on your mat there is hair swirling around you. When I mentioned it to management I was told the cleaning g people clean at night so, it shouldn’t have hair on the floor the next morning at 10 am. Also some of the hand weights and chairs are old and torn.

I love the group ex classes, the instructors and the camaraderie!
The water classes are top notch at the Plant City location. Lisa and Ilia get the heart rate up and make exercise fun. I've only had one class with Brooke, but I was impressed. She knows her audience and what most of the older ladies can do. All three instructors are willing to make modifications for those who need it while encouraging the others to push themselves. I love my YMCA!

great classes with wonderful instructors. Members are very friendly. Anay at the front desk is always cheerful and helpful. Cathy is very knowledgeable about using the equipment, and has a wonderful personality.
Pleasant atmosphere
I love the senior classes and I especially love that we were not exiled this summer ! We coexisted with the kids and all is well!😊
Plus our instructors r the best!
