it has so much to offer for people of all ages. Exercise facilities, sports games for children and young adults, classes for everyone, good teachers, supportive staff. a great atmosphere for everyone. Very well run organization.

Because of all the different programs they offer, the personal attention, and because of the staff. Everyone is extremely friendly

I've been a member since the day it opened up. It is neat clean, the equipment has always been well cared for and available. It appears to have a good family orientation and that is what is needed in our community.

Its a great gym. All the help is always ready to help you clean place to work out There are a lot of machines to try out.

i like the location for me. But I don't go very often and I don't want to just do the treadmill or the bike. I was shown the machines when I first join but when I went on Sunday, there was no one there to ask about some of the machines and I feel that is a flaw, not everyone know what to do with all those machines. Other than that it is fine.

Staff are amazing. Other members are very welcoming. The pool is open most of the time. Group exercise instructors are mostly great.

My experience has been so very positive - excellent staff, instructors, class offerings, extremely clean, well-maintained equipment. Simply a great experience.
