The Zephyrhills Y is a great place to be. I never exercised til I joined the Y. Everyone there is so helpful and encouraging. There are many classes where we all work to our ability. No one has ever been judgemental to me; I do what I can. My main exercise now is swimming; the pool is heated. I have back problems; swimming gives me a workout with no back pain. And I have met so many new friends along the way.
So many class options and they are great! The staff is knowledgeable and friendly.
It is a lot of fun and lots of equipment to work out on. Ed and Michelle make it much more enjoyable!
The faculty is clean, professional instructors who care about the adults in their classes, the variety of classes and updated equipment.

If we could change one thing it would be the pickup. Our kids do not like having to ride to two other schools before getting to the Y. We wish there was a more direct pickup to the Y and this is the only downside.
i love the YMCA! it has Alot of things for family and everyone is supper respectful.The one thing i would say is i wish Vollyball and basketball was till the age of 18 because after you turn 15 you age out.
