We really enjoyed the sessions we attended led by Instructor Maria ❤️active older adult exercise and tai chi.
She has a great way about her and her teaching style is an extension of that . Maria made us feel very welcome and comfortable to join the classes . Several people in the class also came over to introduce themselves and welcome us .
We usually go to the Campo Y but will be returning to Kingsway for Maria’s classes!

Nice mix of programs and activities for all ages.
Thank you for the swimming lessons for my ten years old girl! She is shy and scare in the beginning. Now, she really likes it and approves her swimming technique! Thank you for making swimming lessons affordable for everyone like me. Also, the people who working at new Tampa YMCA are nice including front desk, instructors for swimming lessons. I feel I am welcome just like entering home. One thing I don’t like, the swimming class got canceled due to lightning. It often happens when I arrived in front of YMCA, I waste my gas and time (I spend 35 mins to drive and come back home😭).

Love the Y! Facility and team are the best! I would love it if you added dance class exercises. Line dance format. Electric Slide, Cha Cha, Slide Cupid Shuffle, The Wobble, Boot Scootin' Boogie, Watermelon Crawl, Macarena, Cotten Eye Joe type dances. No partner needed. I keep reading how dancing is a top dementia prevention activity. That, and a lot of fun! Start now - June / wedding season is just around the corner. ;-) Thanks!
The Y has a range of programs from toddler to Seniors. It is conveniently located. However, the new building of homes near the site has impacted access and parking.
The instructors are upbeat, positive, and helpful.
If I were to wish for anything, it would be an indoor walking program, geared for seniors, especially with the current excessively high temperatures.
The facilities are great, there’s always a team member available, and I’m greeted with a smile every time I walk in.
The YMCA in Dade City is very small yet always clean.The greeter is always
friendly and knows each person by name.I hear them answering any
questions the clients have.
They circulate the gym and talk to those using the facilities.
