There are so many classes for Senior's and I live so close it has been my personal physical therapy class especially for yoga. Right now we cannot find a gentle yoga instructor for our gentel yoga class. We are on a rotating schedule for that class. I want to thank the employees for stepping up and giving us this class.

As a 74-year old taking swimming lessons for the first time, I am grateful for the patience of my trainer Olivia and the rest of the pool staff who have helped me. The facilities are great and I look forward to making use of them.
The senior classes are so good! There is always plenty of activities to sign up for to keep seniors engaged!

I am an active member since 2004. I enjoy the relaxed family atmosphere where nobody judges the outfit you wear, many people and trainer know you by name. I also like that the YMCA has a family and kids program.
