I am an active member since 2004. I enjoy the relaxed family atmosphere where nobody judges the outfit you wear, many people and trainer know you by name. I also like that the YMCA has a family and kids program.

The exercise programs are perfect for seniors and the instructors are caring. There are many activities for seniors to meet and make new friends such as book club, knitting, arts and crafts.
