I would recommend everything thing except the walking group, I found the trainer very put out and was told that if I was the only one there would be no walking group. Then I realized she got paid to do what she was doing and her rudenes came from dicriminatory feelings on her part.

My name is First name removed and I have been coming to YMCA regularly until I had to have surgery and this is what I have noticed. The YMCcares for clients of all ages with a variety of injuries and physical disabilities. They help each client to heal and recover naturally.

the Y is THE place, all types/choices of machines to work out on. Staff fantastic, always willing to help with questions, etc. Love the group classes they offer too. Always look forward to a day at the Y.

I wish all students had the opportunity to go outside within the first hour and a half after school dismissal.
They have great classes that challenge you & instructors that are easy to follow. I also enjoy the pool & different equipment for strength and conditioning.

Y Employees are helpful to me snd my Son snd Grandsons. Although the pickle ball people think the whole basketball court belongs to them. They need to learn to share. Maybe move them outside or something. They are very rude. So I let them know.
