I think this is my 3rd year having zerorez clean my carpets. The technician is always so polite and helpful. the carpets look fabulous when finished and soft too.

The person that cleaned our carpet was very concerned about not damaging any of our furniture and was very knowledgeable. He even had a door to prevent our 2 dogs from getting out while he cleaned the carpet. Would definitely use your service again.

Our carpet looks great

Great customer service! After the first cleaning I had a bad smell from my carpet for over 2 weeks. Not sure if it was my old carpet or the cleaning chemicals. Zero res quickly volenteered to reclean and deoderize my carpet. To early to tell the result, as it was recleaned last night and we have high humidity and rain today so it is not 100% dry, but smells much better.
Both techs were very presentable and proffesional, and have great work ethics.

The technician was friendly and explained what he was doing and why. The carpets look great for being cheap apartment carpets and were so filthy especially with puppy stains. They cleaned up beautifully and the urine smell is gone. Thank you.
