James was very professional and explained what he was doing and what I could expect. He brought to my attention some paint splatter that he couldn't remove which I really appreciated as I was able to work with the paint manufacturer to remove the stain. Loved the outcome of the cleaning.

I had my entire basement living area, bedroom, staircase, and my sectional couch cleaned. They all look fantastic! We closed on our new house in the morning and I was able to schedule an appointment for that afternoon. I had a window between 12:30-3:30 and my technician, Aaron, showed up right at 12:30.He was super helpful and completely understanding that we were just starting to move in. He worked around the mess we had going and even helped me move some stuff out of the way to get his equipment in the house. The basement looks great and the carpet feels awesome. But what I'm most impressed with is our couch. We bought this sectional two years ago and I was ready to throw it away because it looked so terrible. The fabric is extremely pilled and with our dog, it just looked really beat up. After Aaron cleaned it, it looks like a completely brand new couch. I will absolutely hire Zerorez again. Not only is it a great quality product, but the service was fantastic as well and that is never recognized enough!

Scheduling was very accommodating, staff did a great job, and the results were fantastic! We had dark stains in one of our offices and after Zerorez was finished they were gone, carpets looked brand new. Very pleased with the results!

We have two Labs that spend lots of time in the house. The Silver Lab has bad allergies so its great that there are no leftover chemicals in the carpet. The carpets look amazing. The gentlemen that came out to do the service was wonderful and very knowledgeable about the product.
