The technician, Kevin, was here at the exact time estimated, and was polite, professional, and efficient. He explained what he would do, and why, and indicated what he could--and couldn't--do about the problem area in one of the rooms. I was pleased with the result.

Easy to schedule, technician was punctual and friendly. Costs were mostly known up front. Whole process took about an hour and a half and dried quickly. Day #2 it still looks good even with two dogs!

The only recommendation I can give is that they respond faster to new customer bids. Two staff members mentioned they were jealous that I got you. They separately mentioned instances where they tried to get Zerorez to quote their home but never got a call back.

The technicians were prompt, courteous, and mindful of details. The carpets and tile look fantastic. I have already recommended Zerorez to my family and would do so for anyone looking for exceptional service at a fair price.

Technician was wonderful, straightforward, and honest. Did not at all feel like he was trying to sell me more services than what was needed which was refreshing. Zerorez got out a stain that literally nothing else would touch from home including my own personal carpet cleaner.

Fast and clean

carpets are very nice clean job well done but they were done Friday and still are damp I know weather is not good for drying but we had ceiling fans going and floors fans going still cant move things back some spots very wet

I have liked the follow-up for sure. And since we haven't used Zerorez before, I like that Zerorez is trying to figure out the best possible solution for current cleaning and maintenance as we have a large carpet area at our church.

In speaking with the Zerorez representative at my home, he provided me with information that I didn't know, such as how often I should clean my carpets, and in the high traffic area (stairs) why they were do dirty.

The work was started on time. The work to be done and pricing was straightforward and communicated clearly. I felt the pricing was fair. I had to leave to go back to work and had a text sent to me 20 minutes before he was done so I was able to make it back, and lock up. The tech was almost finished packing up his equipment when I got there. After he left I checked on the areas and everything looked clean. I checked random spots (even some tough to reach places) and everything was just damp enough that I know he cleaned, so I feel confident he got all the areas he said he would. The only thing he didn't show me was how much dirt and such came out after cleaning, which would have been interesting to see - I had just vacuumed with my new Dyson and would have been interested to see what it left behind, but I didn't think to ask.
