We were extremely pleased with the service we received from Zerorez. This was the first time we have used the cleaning services of Zerorez and were very pleased. Our technician, Logan, was excellent. He called to give us an estimated time of arrival and was very professional during the entire visit. Upon arrival, he gave us a quote, explained the process, and addressed our questions. He immediately went to work cleaning our area rugs and 15 year old carpet focusing on areas that needed extra attention. The products used smelled so fresh and natural. When he was finished, our carpet looked and felt very clean. Even the worn, high traffic areas looked so much better than when a competitor cleaned them several years ago. We were pleasantly surprised. Logan was very thorough and even asked if we wanted him to go over any areas. We could not be happier with the results and will definitely use your services again.
