The young man that came to our house did an AMAZING job cleaning our very stained carpets. He asked me if I was satisfied with his work and offered to try again on two stains we knew probably wouldn’t come out. He seemed to like doing what he did. He took his time and even offered to help me move furniture. Nice way to end a hectic week….excellent service, a kind and smiling young man doing a great job AND clean carpets!

The young man that did the job was very curious. Did a great job. I'd like to have him the next time. He called prior to arriving, always wore foot protectors, and made sure the throw fug was cleaned in a proper location (not on the bathroom floor which would result in grout damage) .

I like that you call before you arrive with an accurate time. Your products are always clean and leave a fresh smell that does not linger. You always do an excellent job for not only on the carpets but the linoleum flooring as well.

Easy to rate companies when everything goes right, but it is a special company that listens if you still have concerns and then works diligently to correct them. After having 3 rooms, 2 stairways, 2 pieces of furniture and an area rug done, there were a few spots I hadn't seen before, and one large one that was not any better, and to me looked worse. Zerorez asked for feedback, which I provided and they promptly followed up and arranged for the associate to come back. He did a marvelous job with the areas I instructed, and found a few others that were also addressed. All of the areas are now wonderful, and I am VERY pleased with Zerorez for their efforts and follow through.
