The product really workd! No more dust! My nose is not stuffed. I breathe better. I also am not sneezing. I should have said the process worked not the product, I am very happy I had this done, The person in charge was Brandon. He was very friendly and explained the process. Matt was professional and courteous. He tested carpet fibers to determine content and measured an area rug, coming up with a size that I over estimated. He asked if I had any questions and supplied clear information. He advised and aided in moving pieces from a room for cleaning. I would recommend Zerorez unconditionally and would definitely use any of their services in the future.

Carpet Cleaning went well. Technician up sold me on cleaning the foyer tile grout and it looks fantastic. Extremely happy she noticed she could help and offered a reasonable price for adding the service.

Showed up on time, quick, efficient, friendly, provided good information on the condition of the carpet and options for future care.

All stains from the carpets are no longer.

Travis did a nice job on my carpet.

I had ZeroRez clean carpeting and 2 upolstered chairs a few months ago. They did a very good job and were congenial and respectful of my home. Last week I had the furnace ducts and dryer vent cleaned. Again, excellent service done by a congenial young man who explained the process to me very clearly. In both instances they put covers on their shoes and worked with clean equipment. When they left I didn't have to clean up anything that might have been left behind. The house smelled fresh and clean. Even my dog enjoyed having these guys in the house. I will definitely recommend this company to my friends who are looking for these services
