Unscented. The tech went out of his way to avoid fragrance at my request. He was extremely thorough in finding even small stains to address - literally getting down on his hands and knees. Very cautious with protecting the walls and wood floors from damage their equipment might cause. Dries very quickly with fans & open windows.
