We like coming here. Servicing is good. People are friendly. They even offer to load up bikes onto our truck and small things like holding the door for people with bikes.
The Trek team always has a great attitude. I feel comfortable asking silly questions about my gear or having them help me find a specific product for my frankenstein Santa Cruz. Their turnaround time can't be beat and warrenty is super easy. They do a lot for the community too. I really can't say enough positive things about the folks at this shop!

Daniel did a fabulous job with my seasonal tuneup and set up a new set of wheels with tubeless tires, and retaped the handlebars. He cleaned and tuned up the drive train making it look immaculate, and adjusted the brake rotors to enable easy swapping of wheels. Bike looks like new.
