A Reflection on My Experience with Perspire Sauna Studio
Since I began attending Perspire Sauna Studio, I’ve noticed a real change in how I feel physically, mentally, and even emotionally. Their approach to wellness is rooted in science-backed infrared sauna therapy and red-light therapy, designed to help people feel better today so they can live better tomorrow.
What stands out most to me is how each session supports my body in ways I didn’t even realize I needed. The gentle infrared heat helps ease tension, reduce soreness, and improve circulation, while the calming environment gives me space to breathe, unwind, and reset. Perspire’s mission is to “ignite the wellness within,” and I can honestly say I feel that happening in my own life.

The customer experience has been amazing the staff is so kind in Maple grove. The location is spotless and the sauna is always clean and ready to go when I arrive.
Not to mention the different package options is plus.

Everything was just right, the main thing.. the massage was excellent, still feeling the effects days later, I needed that!
It was a wonderful atmosphere at the studio too.
I had never done a sauna before of any kind, this was wonderful. It sounds silly but I could feel the tension leaving my shoulders. I slept wonderfully that night. It almost felt like I’d had a massage based on the level of relaxation.
The focus and professionalism of the entire staff is great. I feel like the programs have been tailored to my goals

I've been going to Perspire Sauna for several years. The employees are always friendly and the saunas are clean.
It is very clean and the saunas have room to sit or lie down. The attendants are all very nice. The results are great! It is really keeping me going this winter.

The experience was relaxing, and I received clear instructions on how everything works. The staff was polite and very helpful, and the rooms were clean and stocked with fresh towels. I enjoyed my visit and even decided to purchase additional visits.
The introduction and walk through of the facility was well done by the representative. The Health benefits are numerous - the rooms and facility are extremely clean and appealing. I plan to share my positive experience with friends and family.

Very efficient workout and equipment setup with trainers that can offer variety and challenge at the same time. Incredibly knowledgeable staff that adjust and tailor the workout sessions based on where you are at physically and mentally.
I love the people who work there. The place is kept clean and customer skills of all are incredible.
What I don't like is the cost.
