As a certified personal trainer, I learn more in a single session then I have in my entire cpt coursework. Gaining knowledge is motivating to me because it helps me relate my workout to life outside the studio.
The personalized service is exceptional. My trainers know me and what makes me tick. Because of this, they know how to push me to achieve that last rep. Their attention to form is remarkable. I'm convinced the combination of attention to form and level of effort has led to my stable bone density and strength that allows me to maintain a level of activity beyond what is typical for my age group.

Hi! I’ve really been enjoying the classes here so far! I love that the exercises are different every time, which keeps the workouts interesting and challenging. The exercises are really effective, and I can already feel the difference. The trainers are very professional, supportive, and clearly know what they’re doing. I really appreciate the variety and the effort that goes into each class! 😊
