My trainer is excellent. She listens to me and hears my concerns and works well with me. After two visits I'm already feeling my back is stronger.
The course itself is not too hard for me to learn. As a beginner not knowing about Yoga, the instructor helped to adjust the postures with individuals flexibility. It is easy to follow thru steps by steps and examples given by the instructor.
Great Yoga sessions
Since I've been a sauna member I have not needed regular visits for massage therapy and my massage therapist could feel a difference right away in my muscle and skin tone. She said I wasn't as tight and was kind of amazed. My body feels so much better than a couple of years ago. Very happy!
